It's not often you meet a stranger half way across the world and feel like you have known them all your life. Well that's how it was when we met Ann Watley, our realtor and now our good friend. It was the last day of our buying trip from the UK, and we had almost given up on finding a home to purchase prior to our move to Canada. With two school age children and a big dog to accommodate we knew that renting would not be easy for us. We wanted to bring our family over here to start our new life in our own home. By chance we stopped at Sidney for lunch and found it to be quite a different place since our first visit there 10 years earlier. We felt then, that this is what we had been looking for. All we needed now was a home to purchase and a realtor office that was open on a Sunday afternoon! It was a tall order but to our surprise we found Ann in her DFH office, and although she had only stopped by to collect something, she was only too happy to help us find our new home, and that's exactly what she did. Ann went out of her way to ensure we got what we were looking for, nothing was too much trouble for her in the short time we had. For people like us relocating from the UK, who are inexperienced in the Canadian buying process and the invaluable help realtors offer it was great to find someone who gave 110%, her honestly and knowledge of the area made us feel really comfortable with her. Despite going home the next day, we knew that the process of purchasing our new home was in good hands, we trusted Ann to get on with it all in our absence. We had made the right decision choosing Ann as our realtor and had no worries about her being able to handle everything for us. All went smoothly and we were in or new home a short while later. We not only got our new home but a great friend too. I would highly recommend Ann as a realtor no matter how near or far you are moving.

This is LONG overdue. Hope all is well. See you soon, I hope. I would like to recommend Ann Watley as a buyer's realtor. Ann helped me find my home in a very short period of time. I had a difficult set of criteria and a short time line. With her support team, she responded to my need to see a large number of listings, most of them in one day. She negotiated a great agreement, (saving me more than just a few bucks). Not only did Ann perform well, she restored my faith in the value of a good realtor and made the process fun and exciting.
